What kind of products does KKE Autocare make?
KKE Autocare is the car-care brand of KKE Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. We make automobile care products across two ranges — Do It Yourself (DIY) for everyday car owners and Professional Car Care for detailers — as well as chemicals for automatic vehicle wash systems.
Which vehicles are your products suitable for?
Our products are formulated to work across the full range of vehicles, from two-wheelers and cars to trucks, buses, trains and mining vehicles.
Why are many of your products sold as concentrates?
Selling in concentrated form lets you receive the active material in its most effective form while paying far less for transportation and using less packaging. Once diluted as directed, a little goes a long way — so the real cost-in-use is lower, and the environmental footprint is smaller.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. All chemicals manufactured by KKE are eco-friendly and biodegradable, and our concentrated formats are designed to reduce both transport emissions and plastic packaging.
Orders, shipping and payment
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on eligible orders of Rs. 500 and above.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled, as we process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We will replace a damaged product at no additional cost. Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photographs or videos of the damage, and we'll guide you through the replacement. We bear the shipping cost of the replacement. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
