This website is owned and operated by KKE Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., with its manufacturing facility at EL-16, MIDC, Hingna Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean KKE Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. (KKE Autocare India).

3. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and display our products accurately. However, packaging, colours and product specifications may vary, and minor differences between the images shown and the product delivered may occur. Many of our products are sold as concentrates and must be diluted and used in accordance with the instructions on the label.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance and/or dispatch of your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
7. Shipping and delivery
We offer free shipping on eligible orders of Rs. 500 and above. We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly; delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
8. Damaged products and replacements
If you receive a damaged product, our Refund Policy sets out how we handle replacements, including the requirement to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photographs or videos of the damage.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the KKE name, logos, product names, text and images — is the property of KKE Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
10. Acceptable use and product safety
